Besh Intelligence (“Besh,” “we,” “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address via Supabase Auth. We do not require your real name.
Predictions and activity. Predictions you submit, scores, streaks, and leaderboard rankings are stored and publicly visible under your chosen username.
Usage data. We collect standard analytics: pages visited, device type, browser, and approximate location (country-level). We do not use fingerprinting.
Payment data. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Authenticate your account and manage sessions
- Display your predictions and scores on public leaderboards
- Process subscription payments via Stripe
- Send transactional emails (password reset, subscription changes)
- Improve platform reliability and performance
- Detect and prevent abuse or fraudulent activity
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Cookies
Besh uses essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following services to operate Besh:
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and real-time subscriptions
- Stripe — payment processing for Pro and Premium plans
- Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery
- Railway — prediction engine hosting
Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your email and authentication data within 30 days. Predictions you submitted remain on the platform in anonymized form for leaderboard and accuracy tracking purposes.
6. Your Rights
- Access. You can view all data associated with your account from your profile page.
- Deletion. You can request account deletion by contacting us.
- Correction. You can update your username and email from your account settings.
- Export. You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication uses Supabase’s battle-tested auth system with row-level security policies on all database tables.
