Besh is made by BrainBridge LLC. This page says what the app collects, what it does not, who else touches the data, and how to delete it.

What we collect

• Your location while you are using the app, to find places near you. We do not read it in the background.
• The plans you create: titles, dates, places, and who you sent them to.
• Your phone number, only if you add friends. We use it to match you with people who added you.
• The name you type when you respond to a shared plan on the web, and your In, Maybe or Can't answer and votes.
• Basic usage events (which screens and buttons were used) so we can see what works.

What we do not do

• No ad tracking and no selling of data.
• No upload of your contacts. Friends are added by phone number, one at a time.
• No background location.
• We never show or store your calendar. Locking a plan writes one event to it, with your permission.

Who else is involved

• Supabase hosts the database and sign-in.
• Google provides place information through Google Maps Platform, and generates AI-made plans through the Gemini API. Your prompt, the plan time and your location are sent to it; your name and phone number are not.
• RevenueCat and Apple handle subscriptions. We never see your card.
• Twilio sends the code that verifies your phone number.

Place information is provided by Google Maps.

Deleting your data

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. Everything tied to your account is removed. You can also email privacy@besh.ai and we will do it for you.
