Will NASA's Artemis III successfully land astronauts on the Moon before 2028?

NASA must successfully land at least two astronauts on the lunar surface as part of the Artemis III mission before January 1, 2028. The astronauts must physically set foot on the Moon. Resolves based on official NASA mission status.
