By using Besh Intelligence (“Besh,” “the platform”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Besh is an AI-powered prediction intelligence platform. We aggregate public data sources, apply quantitative models and calibration techniques, and produce probability forecasts on real-world events. Users can view AI predictions, submit their own forecasts, and track accuracy over time.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; do not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards.
Your username and predictions are publicly visible. Choose a username that does not reveal personal information you wish to keep private.
Important disclaimer
All predictions on Besh are probabilistic analyses generated by AI models and community forecasters. They are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of future outcomes. Do not make financial, medical, legal, or other consequential decisions based solely on Besh predictions. Past accuracy does not guarantee future performance.
Besh predictions reflect a synthesis of publicly available information at a point in time. Probabilities are updated as new evidence emerges and may change significantly.
API access is available through paid subscription tiers (Pro, Premium). API keys are personal and must not be shared or published publicly. Rate limits apply per tier. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse.
You may use API data in your own applications, provided you attribute Besh as the source and do not misrepresent AI-generated probabilities as certainties.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban at our discretion.
Besh’s models, algorithms, calibration systems, and platform design are our intellectual property. Prediction data displayed on the platform may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Commercial redistribution requires a paid API plan and written permission.
Your submitted predictions remain yours, but you grant Besh a non-exclusive license to display them publicly on the platform and in aggregate accuracy statistics.
Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Besh is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any prediction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Besh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including financial losses based on predictions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
